Weekend in Rome – introduction

Ever met anyone who would not like to visit Rome? Well me neither.

I’ve been to Rome numerous times and every time I visit I’m amazed how the ancient history is visible everywhere you go. It’s like the entire city is one big museum.

The fact that it’s so popular as a weekend destination of course means that you have long lines to all attractions and are never alone. You also need to be careful when choosing where to eat as many places are built to cater only the tourists. But regardless, I think Rome is one of those places everyone should visit atleast once.
