Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden – Cherry blossoms

We had been hoping to see plenty of cherry blossoms on our trip, but unfortunately due to couple of weeks of really cold weather only the very first trees were actually blossoming. Regardless we still wanted to visit the no.1 place for viewing, the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden which already had long lines of people waiting to get in to the park (there is a small fee)
